Hi guys, just a quick update that it appears our primary hotel is now full if you were looking to share, unless you dont mind getting a double room with someone, or if you were planning on staying in your own room.

There are plenty of alternatives to this hotel, its just they start costing a little more, or you may have to stay further away from the city centre, which can be a pain.

If you are serious about coming then you really need to get booked in to avoid disappointment!

This is a list of names of the people who i have no idea whether they are coming or not, or whether they know about it etc. If you are one of these people can you PM me and state whether you are interested in coming to the meet, just so we can now move on into the final stages of planning this event.
