ive downloaded and installed battlefield 2 version 1.03. when i start bf2 up though, the sreen goes blank then returns to the desktop. why isnt it working. plz plz reply!

Have you run BF2 before on your PC?

Sounds like you graphics setings, try set your desktop as low as you can before starting (800x600@60Hrz) Check your card is supported and correctly setup in the bios higher amount of ram on card, smaller appature size and 4x AGP (if you use agp).
Hope this helps. remember BF 2 is Greedy for resources.
