Not actually for everyone! most of yesterday on the max download link I was getting 50ish kb sec Crying or Very sad

Also Slaggy was only getting around 60kb

Thanks ghetto, used the download a bit today and it is well fast, worth 20 quid I'd say!

As for the game, well I want to fookin well cry almost, was sooo geared up for it since seeing early stuff almost 18 months ago and then played the demo - lame lame lame lame lame ..... did I mention it was lame!

I can see what they're doing, fire up a copy of the classic quake 3 team arena and it's obvious they're playing on the nostalgia / heritage side of things. But IMHO they made it look shit, funny thing is that the original promotional video looked excellent graphically !

So much so I bought an 8800GTS to run it a full whack ......

Or maybe it's a conspiracy and the beta is nothing at all like the finished game?

Here's hoping?

exactly NOT. i dunno why people are expecting battlefield, this game is alot more infantry focused faster and in reality has almost no direect comparison with bf2.

obviously didnt play quake or unreal did, they are just annoying shoot em ups. GOD KNOWS why they won so many game of the year awards.
