Some people seem to be having trouble displaying Avatars, so here's a quick guide
Firstly you have to upload the pic to photobucket etc...
To display youe Avatar, follow these steps:
1 - go to your last post
2 - click "profile" button. Takes you to your profile page !!!
3 - click "profile" button again, in the menu bar !!!
4 - add the url of your avatar to the avatar control panel link panel...
Same rules apply for displaying your Sig, except you have to use the HTML Tag from your uploaded pic and paste it in the Sig box.....
Jobs a goodun !!! |

Photoshop CS2 all the way.
You can do some incredible stuff with it, and you'll only ever scratch the surface - such a powerful programme in the right hands. |

The best way to learn is, after you have learned the basics (layers, transparent backgrounds etc) to just play around with the programme, try different effects, download some free filters etc and have fun.
I taught myself, I'm very out of practice but I can still knock together a pretty good animation. I wrote quite a few tutorials but the site they were posted on has closed down, I wish I had them saved.
I use the Paint Shop Pro series, I began with PSP 7 which has all the basics and is easy to use, the animation programme which comes with PSP is easy to use too, it has some image & text effects preloaded so you can start animation straight away without much instruction.
