Glitch making single player impossible to play pics included

Everytime I right click to zoom the right half of my screen completely messes up. This glitch is really making the game unplayable for me. I've tried messing with the textures and I've had no luck so far. My specs are a 7950gt ko 512mb vid card, 2.13ghz intel core 2 duo, 2 gig ram, also i play the game with everything on medium and 1680x1050. It never happened online (and I've played a lot) and it never happened in the demo. I reformatted yesterday right before I installed COD4 so I doubt some file is causing this. If anyone has any suggestions on what I should do I'd appreciate it. I was thinking of replacing the disc but the game is installed, it couldn't be the disc could it? Anyone else experiencing this?

i dont think any of us has the game yet, its out tomorow in uk

I have played single player and MP and when I right mouse click I have no problems on either. For those in the UK my cod4 came yesterday, from play.com Very Happy

Thats strange, have u tried lowering ur resolution ingame? also try turning on or off sync every frame, if all else fails i'd say try reinstalling the game, but i have no problems with it.
