NO!! i have nerver wouldn`t ever cheat!! only saw this post today, i`m still playing Bf2 i`m not banned its a mistake! i`m still useing the same Guid as the one on the ban list i have appealed the ban, i`ve spoken to geordie and mrix on ts and explained this to them but i can understand from there point of view they dont want one of there members to be on the ban list and unless punkbuster decide to remove the ban (which im not) i cant be reinstated as a |2es member. This is stupid i mean come on those who`ve played with me will probably know i`m not even that good!!!! anyway i hope punkbuster realise this is a mistake and sort it out. |

Hello Grotzz,
Dont be too upset mate. If after all it is a mistake and your appeal is succesful I am sure you will be in the clear. I dont know much about Punkbuster bans and the appeal process although I do know that mistakes are sometimes made. Its not as though people in |2es are saying bad things about you but we are all very surprised to see you banned. If you read through the other thread about this you will see that veryone says that you are a good person.
I hope your appeal is succesful.

hey Grotzz i was very surprised to see you banned, i know that you mentioned last week that you couldnt use your old account cos it was saying the cd key was invalid... or something like that..... was ur disc a copy? i hope that your appeal goes ok but you can understand the clans point of view

yeah was saying the cd key was in valid i bought the key from some website as i lost my original although i dont think its connected because i wasn`t "Banned" untill the 6th i think it said. |

to be really honest ive never thought you were good enough to be a cheat,sorry if that sounds abit harsh but you even said it yourself
like i said i hope that you can get it sorted,id hate to be wrongly accused of cheating

tbh i said it in my original post when i found out that it must be a mistake and im sure it is by the sounds of it.

grotzz im not sure ur ban will be over turned :O
if u bought another BF2 and used that key or got one from EA downloader or something then u might have a chance but didnt u get it from a dodgy looking website by any chance if so then i`d say ur pretty much f**ked  |

Yeah they`ve f@@ked me over i used a site for a CD key.. well my own fault i suppose should have just gone and bought a new copy... Para how did u find this mate? |

Your right they wont overturn it unless its a "False positive" as i used a dodgey key looks like its not a "False positive"

the uk one is obviously u m8 (can an admin confirm this?)
the same thing happened to a m8 of mine but he had about 18 alias(s)
it was me who raised the alarm cause i have the RSS feed and check them everyday
i realy feel for u at the moment m8 because it looks pretty clear to me u got owned by anoither hacker and ur getting f**ked for it |

Sorry to hear about your ban it is a bit harsh.
Unfortunately when you look on the punkbuster forums, they state that they will globally ban people who share cd keys with the public and these will not be lifted.
So on that basis it looks like you are stuffed unless you buy a new disc and name. However you need to make sure they have not given you a hardware ban as well. This is something they mention doing to stop people, using any server operating punkbuster.
So just check because it could be more costly than you think.

Well i suppose they would have to ban them all otherwise every cheater would be saying they shared there cd thats why the got banned....TBH tho mines pretty obvious that it wasn`t me, i havn`t been 2 Germany or the US let alone played there.
oh, looks like a new game and account is the way to go then, thanks for all the support and punkbuster digging. |
