From PCzone

Infinity community manager, Robert Bowling, has been caught red-handed talking about the highly anticipated Call of Duty 4 map pack. Unfortunately he didn't really reveal much. We're guessing Activision is saving all that up to make some big announcement soon.
Speaking to Destructoid, Bowling said, "People who want open maps are going to be happy with this map pack. People who want more indoor locales are going to be happy with this map pack. People who want something completely different from what they're currently playing are going to be happy with this map pack."
People who actually want some official, confirmed details to chew on aren't going to be very happy, we say.
But it looks like Infinity will be supporting the game for a while yet, or at least until the next one comes out.
"We plan on supporting our game for a very long time. We're currently number one on Xbox Live, so we have a lot of people playing. So we're going to continue to support the community that keeps supporting us. We have a lot of cool ideas that we're working on, and we're going to keep making maps until we're done." |

I'm surprised that was on PCzone, as all talk previously has been about map packs for the consoles, leaving PC out in the wind for the homemade stuff.
Really hope this is accurate reporting, as Mrix says, these will be some quality maps.... |
