A question about Battlefield 2 commanders

I was hoping someone can help me here, when you are commanding, and someone who is on a squad, but not the squad leader.........they ask for supplies etc. do they show up as a small flashing yellow dot? OR do they not show up at all?
I have had problems getting supplies etc that way, yet when I have commanded I always thought it was the small flashing dot. Maybe I am sending the things to the wrong guy Rolling Eyes

normally is bud you are correct but there are know bugs in bf2 and sometimes it;s alittle screwy
