Celebrate good times come on.
It was absoluteley awesome that match and result last night.
Cant believe, we knocked the smile off Arsene Wenger and wounded his chances of the double
If we play like that then in the semis, hopefully we will send Avram Grant the same message.
Don't mess with the scousers in the Champions League.
The more sickening part of this is I had a ticket for the match last night and ended up stuck on the motorway for 5 hours while they removed the debris from the m62 after somebody tried to cross it.
Well done to Cardiff anyway, hope you stuff another southern shandy drinking softy as well in the final.
27 if you get tickets mate, set off the day before.
Good luck

Had an excellent day at Wembley thanks for the congrats it's only just starting to settle in.
The thing about finals Cyrus, even when its the best vs the best they are usually rubbish, the only good one I can remember in recent times is Liverpool vs West Ham, our fans will turn up that day (17th) I hope the team do.
New name might be "|2es1927 and 2008" not sure wether to change it anyway, start a new account, it's a massive achievement in reaching the final and a day I will never forget.
I will never forget Micheal Thomas breaking my heart when I was 11 (1988), I will never forget Stoke doing the same in play off semi's, us beating Qpr a year later in the final but most of all last Sundays game.
Wembley is better than the Millenium in regards to layout of stadium but acoustically I think the Mill Stad is better. Wembley sold beer which was great but took an 1.5 hours to go 1.5miles into the coach park and then 2 hours to get out, through London and onto the M4. A total logistical nightmare with it being on an industrial estate (the entrance we came in).
Two pubs right outside were full and the bouncers informed us pubs in Wembley wanted £15 to get in. Beer inside the stadium was £3.50 a pt and the food a little more, small and looked rubbish. Programmes £5 which IMO isn't over priced. Flags and scarves outside £10 each which is a bit expensive. All in all the day cost me over £120. Left my house at 9am, returned at 11.45pm.
An excellent day the best ever in regards to football but I have spent the last 3 days arguing with Barnsley fans trying to convince them that the trouble they saw was from people who claim to be Cardiff fans but are not. We usually get 13k fans and took 20k more, a small proportion of them were very abusive towards opposistion fans who were mainly families.
Our Fa Cup final song has already been done by Jamie Fox and he seems almost a pro coming from fame academy I think, I bet Robbie Fowler (should be back by then) is praying for a decent suit rather than the White one he had to wear years ago. I hope w go dow nthat route and and get a pro in to sort that side of it out aswell.
I will have a ticket if wanted but I have to some how work out how to afford it, details to be released later this week I had a £35 ticket for the semi which will cost me £70 for the final, cheapest being £50 probably. Each team to get 25k each, 7k less than the semi's.
Of all the photo's I have my proudest of the day is the one infront of the Bobby Moore statue.
My biggest worry of the final is the possible trouble between Cardiff and Porstmouth fans as there is no segregation outside the stadium and the worlds eyes will be on us and it has taken us ages to shake off most of our reputation.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Congrats to Liverpool last night, Rafa got lucky I thought, Senderos is cack as he's an experienced international and dosent seem to be improving. Arsenal havent replaced Adams n Keown yet.
What an excellent match best I have seen in ages and an excellent advert for the best league in the world. I don't like Arsenal for the Micheal Thomas thing back in '88 and the way the game swayed late on make the result just that little bit sweeter.
Good luck to them in the next round vs Chelsea. Good luck to Man utd aswell as thats the Final I would like to see.
Liverpool vs Man utd. |
