we had a good game of bf2 last night, was some good squad play just like we used to
its a shame it wasnt on our server and most of the bf2 members have left,would be nice to see the server going again nd have a laugh on ts 
ah well,we kicked arse anyway

actually we did very well agaisnt them...the only reason they had more points is because they played medics and wench and me were snipers,wouldnt call it being owned  id say it was even

would join you for a game, but my game wont load. i double click the desktop shortcut, the disc spins up,i get the little bf2 screen,then the scren goes black,as if its starting then after a second or 2 it goes back to desktop. disc carries on spinning for a few seconds then thats it. tried uninstalling then re installing but still the same. never had a prob with it before. any ideas?? only change is my monitor. how do you start a game in safe mode? see if it works that way 
edit: found that in my profile setting in my documents screen refresh rate was set at 85hz as old monitor was crt, changed to 60hz. now gets to the stage where its loading my profile then crashes. |

sorted problem now. had to change all my profile settings in my documents so refresh rate set at 60Hz.
i was all over the place, 1st game in a long time. i was pressing middle mouse button to mellee someone with my knife, but actually ended up throwing medic packs at him  which unfortunately didn't kill him |

Had the same problem the other night m8 tried to knife some one so hit the middle button and just changed to the knife forgot I had to then press the right mouse key, just kept pressing middle mouse and swearing, then kept forgeting which buttons do what, must admit the changing weapons etc is much better in COD IMHO, anyway |

Yep they were all medics and reviving each other hense the high scores and low deaths. Had a great night, hoping to get some nights like that on our server again. |

Id be kidding all of us if I could see it happening mate, the new Mrs wouldn't understand I don't think, and I stay at hers approx 5 out of the 7 nights each week, the two nights I actually spend at mine are with Mollie and Im doing all my washing etc so wouldn't have the time and Moll's would wake up as she in my room with me.
I reckon those days are gone for now but they were good days and Im chuffed to read you lot are having some more of them.
Im very well thanks, was going through it this time last year but 365 days is a short period, I got a feeling Im gonna cop it for the old house though, you could call this the calm before the storm. |
