The Balance tweaks are as follows:
Slightly increased the damage of the UZI at long range.
The AKs74u now has more felt recoil when aiming.
The G3, VSS, and all SemiAutomatic rifles now settle slightly faster between shots when aiming.
The PKM, Type 88LMG, G3, An94, and 40mm shotgun have returned to their former glory.
Increased the damage of the MG3 to bring it in line with the rest of the LMGs.
Fixed a bug where the Saiga12 with slugs would do too much damage at long range.
Fixed a bug where the SVU would do too little damage at long range.
Fixed a bug where M95 rounds would not kill armored targets with headshots. |

From what i gather it means there restoring the weapons back to how they used to be ..so for instance the An94 wont be as powerfull. |

I think Dice made a key error in there weapon research or lack of it,having a shotgun kill you from the other side of the map is insane, now there trying to make up for it and are over compensating by adusting the wrong weapons.....Very strange |

The an94 was my new fav weapon
Other than the nade launcher Only thing i'd really like sorting is the knifing, been a few too many times since last patch that i've thrust my weapon into some unsuspecting fella and got blood flying out of him but no hit detection
For me hit detection seems main prob at the moment. I've shot people with sniper rifle too many times and seen their body recoil and blood from the impact but doesn't register. a little frustrating.
Or is it just me. does anyone else thrust away and get nothing? or empty their weaponry with no results? |

Hit detection has always been an on going issue for many people Rogue, but ive found it seems to vary from server to server.
I tend to have my best rounds on the Res server......and as for knifing its hit or miss.
I did manage to knife somebody last night for the 1st time in a couple of weeks .....im using the m60/uzi for close up combat until they fix the knife. |

i think the hit detection is down mostly to lack of CPU power server side |
