Nice one!
Grim, did you try and get a refund after DOW II release by any chance?

Please note that we do not normally offer refunds on purchases made online. However, we are happy to make the exception for pre-ordered games if the request is received prior to the release date. |

I had to kick off and threaten to uninstall steam / spout bollocks about distance selling regulations to get a refund on the first MW. Had pre-ordered whilst drunk and not realised it was a tenner more expensive than from play/game. Asked for refund next day and got nowhere even though was still before launch. Only got the refund after a further two emails complaining.
For all its positives Steam can be a bugger. |

Steam Games just sent you a refund
Steam Games just sent you a full refund of £29.99 GBP for your purchase. If you have any questions about this refund, please contact Steam Games.

Nice one Mrix, I would have just bought the game had you not boldly gone where no one else had gone before
Note this part of the reply
