mine's updating now as I type. With my internet connection it should be done in time for the 2nd Vietnam war. Which will mean more new maps |

Funny that, turned my PC, thought to myself, gonna check that BF Blog (http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/) for any mention on Vietnam and the Map Pack, and there it was!
Good stuff, can't wait. |

I got wood when i read caps post and my pc was downloading the update. Then lost it when I read Brune's post and realising it wasn't the Vietnam map pack I was getting. But now after watching the vid of the map pack I am getting the wood has returned, With such enthusiasm that a catch couldn't scratch it.

Those BC1 maps are AWESOME i loved playing them in BC1. The first one on the trailer is great for sniping. I shall be re-installing BC2 when i get my new PC. |

From what I have read Vietnam is included in the patch download and EA/Steam just provide you with a key to unlock it. |

Apparently yes.
You have already downloaded the vietnam content in the patch. (that's why the tiny patch notes = 2gb patch download!)
Steam/EA will be giving out keys to unlock the content on your EA account. |
