i prefer edonkey 2000 and only dowload the rar files these hold the full album so you dont have to worry about getting each song individually and hoping that they all fit together at the end.

If you want real speed tho then newsgroups are the way to go athough you have to wait until someone actually posts what you need but once its there its like lightning.

If u dont get hold of fraps i have fraps 2.6.4 if you want it.

oh i forgot to mention try use verified links when you can which can be found at overnetworld and similar sites. Also always scan your archives before opening them.

Edonkey2000 now comes spyware free (apparently) although i have a paid up version so there shouldn't have been any there in the first place.
