Patch 1.21 News (Thats the one not released yet!!)

Community Update - 2/22/06

Good day soldiers, We want to let you know that we have been making great progress on patch 1.21 and are happy to share with you some of the issues that are being addressed. The patch will be tested in a limited beta starting the end of this week. We're working around the clock to minimize your wait on the release of 1.21 but at the same time want to make sure that the patch is thoroughly tested before it goes out officially.

Below is a list of the current confirmed fixes
Crash bug when using Hummer with TOW in the Special Forces expansion pack has been fixed
Screen capture is now working
Performance issues with certain ATI cards has been addressed
Server browser can now filter by map name
Claymores - the number that can be dropped at any one time has been reduced to 2
Once again thank you for your patience and see you all on the Battlefield!

oh no, not my beloved claymores!!!!! what will i do on karkand now!!!! just as i predicted tho, i thought it was a little bit dodgy!! think that is the right solution otherwise the game would have been ruined by claymores around every corner!!!!

I knew there was a problem with ATI cards... Funny how this never happened with Nvidia cards.

YEP ATI CARDS and special forces lol i have probs with both which have made my mind up that i will be boycotting battlefield 2 till the 1.21 patch comes out

on spec forces today (not the first time this has happond) and my comp crashed i have a radeon x700 and this is the 7th time this has happond since the latest crappy patch from ea this one better fix it or i will prob go on to cod 2 or swat 4 (which i love)

Stupid EA now i know why i've been playing too much WoW, EA always seem to think money money money and always screw things up but don't give a toss. They'll release Euro Force and it'll be full of bugs i'm surprised they havent started charging for the patches yet... Evil or Very Mad
