Hello...I know this is not a BF2 question, but I will be using it to play BF2 so hopefully you can help. I am thinking of picking up a new monitor, but I have not bought one in about 8 years (last one was "given" to me by my work). So what should I be looking for in a new one. Whats a good response time nowadays?
BTW...I would prefer to get a flatscreen. |

Are right it might be a bit hard pointing out the exact one, i dint know you were in USA, so i will just give you a brief guide. dont go below 500:1 contrast ratio, and i would recommend around 700:1+ if poss, the higher the better. You dont really want a respose time worse than 12ms either, 8ms or 6ms is perfect. Plus i would stick to respected makes, lessening the chances of it turning up with dead pixels and other problems. So your looking at iiyama, viewsonic, acer, samsung, nec etc. Plus stay away from APPLE arrgh, coz you are just paying for the name like always |
