POE mod Launches Saturday

Just incase you guys are unaware of the impending release of the POE mod for bf2 I am here to tell you.

It gets a full release on saturday (8/26). We (as well as other clans) got to get a release last night from the creators to try it out. These guys have added everything that should have been in EA's original release. The weapon accuracy has been great increased so there is little deviation in the bullets when fired. There are 13 brand new maps. Lots of new vehicles. And oh yeah, they implemented a blood splatter effect.

The mod runs smoother than bf2. How you say? I have no idea except these guys have been working on this mod since before bf2 was even out. Don't listen to what i have to say about this mod. Wake up tomorrow and get the release and enjoy yourselves.

Also, Team Dynamic will be playing against Fadeight tonight (8/25) in a POE scrim. This will be shoutcasted by the always enjoyable Narco from FragTV. Here is the link:

This is superb, brought back my enthusiasm for the game!

Only played 2 maps - the one in the snow and the one set in the woods with no vehicles (like COD2 actually). Very Happy

Weapons are just right, good mix of accuracy and firepower and better than the implementation in regular BF2!
German APC and Anti-Air very nice to use Laughing

One of the main things that keeps members coming back for more is knowing that they are gaining something all the time they are playing BF2 ranks badges and medals and overall stats etc, with this mod is it possible to gain rank this way? If not I dont think it will be long before players tire from it and return to BF2 default Question

There are a few ranked servers, great maps by the way.
One of them is in the woods, infantry only, quite hard cause u cant see that far.

I like the maps, the mix of vehicles are good and because most servers are unranked you take risks you woundn't normally take in ranked BF2 as it will ruin your stats Wink

so making it more of a laugh Very Happy

But you're right, will probably stay more loyal to vanilla BF2 in the end ....
