syster im not online at the moment but if you speak to ghetto he can give you my msn and ill try to help.
I work as a transport manager and deal with driving laws and regs all day, if i cant give you the info there and then i do have access to an advice centre so i should be able to get info for you.

One of my best mates has just qualified as a lawyer and my girlfriend has a law degree, i dont know how much help they can be, but if you let me know i can always ask them. Its a long shot. tbh RPU is probs your best bet by the sounds of it!
