New Changes update

Hi all |2es members, The clan needs to grow really and the more members we have the better average we will see on TS in an evening, if we had 15 members we would probably see about half that on TS at anyone time well even less at times. I am sure members are going to want to go on TS at anytime of the evening and see more of a community not just 3 to 7 players on average. Also by having a bigger clan if a couple of players leave its hardly going to be noticeable etc. But by having a bigger clan the structure has to change as we cant have 20+ more members all in one TS room or in one squad Laughing

, its also not very good for communication, too noisy and you cant focus on the job in hand and especially when we have so many new players. so the idea was to create squads within the clan Wink

, these squads have been selected very carefully over the last few days. the new squads are listed below

I hope everyone is happy with their squads but remember these are not set in stone and if for what ever reason a member is not happy please contact me through msn at anytime and I`ll look into it Wink

There was aso some concern that when we have new members they would just be dumped into a squad this was never going to be the case but from now on when new members join they will be sent to boot camp! Laughing

well something like that Smile

with the squad system totally new they will need time to get established before maybe integrating a new member but there is a possibly more squads will be added over time anyway as this is such a massive game this is possible Wink
