hi guys
at the moment i am having problems with my internet, i am unable to log on to BF2 or BF2142!
i can use the internet fine for web surfing but gaming just wont work, this only seems to happen during the evening 6-11pm!
i am currently with Tiscali, is anyone else getting this problem? as a friend of mine is getting the same problem with tiscali.
i rang tiscali who said that i should avoid online gaming during peak times(7-11pm) but strangly i have to work during the day so this was top advise!!
after listening to all of tiscali's top tips i cancelled my contract with them!
now i need to find a new internet provider!
WHO IS BEST? WHO DO YOU USE?
PS i live on the coast of essex and cant get cable so NTL or similar are out of the question!
cheers for your help guys

LOL! Im afraid im on Telewest, so i cant be of any assistance other than to say with all companies you will get a problem at some point, it is how they deal with it that counts, good customer care is the key! I rang Telewest at midnight on a sunday and they sorted my problem over the phone. That is service for ya!

Hi, Im with tiscali and ive been with them for over a year and never really had any problems with them but their customer service is crap! I have been looking for a different provider though as im not getting the best speeds out of my line! A couple of my mates have been going on about freeola who are meant to be really good so you might want to have a read up on them because im like you i cant get cable neither hope you find a good one mate!
