Might be a long shot but thought Id asked as you never know....
I`ve just bought a 40" Panasonic Plasma and am now after a 5.1 DVD system. I would like one which is wireless or at least the 2 rear speakers that are wireless. My TV is the new Viera style which has the Viera link system bulit in which allows you to use up to 6 Panasonic devices using only one of the remotes so would like the system to be Panasonic if poss but not a major concern.
Does anyone have or know of a good 5.1 setup which has at least the 2 rear speakers wireless which is any good?
I have been looking at this one
http://www.electricshop.com/invt/4067pan170065a&source=froogle
Which has HDMI output and rear wireless speakers but it doesnt up scale DVDS to 1080p Quality which is the resolution of my TV . I`ve seen just DVD players which up scale to 1080p RES but not 5.1 systems as yet - or maybe im wrong?.
Cheers

I always remember wireless speakers being a bit crap, but if you have heard different then that should be fine. Wont they like eat batteries?

Yeah I did think that. But I`ve seen a sony and a Kef set which has a docking station for the 2 rear speakers. Think I need to buy a What Hi-Fi Mag and see what they say. |
