Hmm, well DDR1 is pretty much out of fashion now, as DDR2 is far cheaper to make.
I've seen up to PC5000 in the past, but they all seem to have dissapeared, the best I can find is this:
http://www.microdirect.co.uk/productlister.aspx?n=2,15,156,1508&n=1515
(512MB PC4200 for £100)
And that's why DDR2 is more popular and DDR1 is not being made any more. £100 for 512!!! Now on overclockers you can get 2GB of DDR2 PC28000 for £110.
Second hand you can find a GB of PC4000 going for about £55:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Kingston-HyperX-1-GB-2-X-512MB-PC4000-DDR-RAM_W0QQitemZ160108671417QQihZ006QQcategoryZ172QQtcZphotoQQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
But bear in mind that this is only 25 % faster than PC3200 (ie 500MHz not 400).
Good luck with the search mate. My advice, sell that motherboard and buy a DDR2 one asap!
By the way, even with PC4000, you will not see an improvement in speed unless you overclock the processor FSB to the increased RAM speed.

defo go for speed over size when buying new memory
you can always buy more in the future but you can only go as fast as your slowest chips |

Yeah dudes, those links are all DDR2, DDR1 is much harder to find.
By the way, Im selling some DDR400 with CAS 2-2-2-5 timings on ebay right now That will overclock to DDR466 on my system (some people reported DDR500). If you can find some of that, its probably as good as its gonna get!

--- edit
By the way, talking of computer parts going obsolete before you know it, my computer which 2 years ago cost £1500 now looks poop! Now for 70quid you can buy the 1.8GHz E4300 Core 2 Duo chip, for 60quid you can buy 2GB DDR2 RAM at 667MHz, a cheap LGA775 motherboard for £30 and guess what, it overclocks to 3GHz on stock cooling! o_O |
