Cool piece of free software, but probably not if your a vista user  Replaces the quick launch part of the taskbar. I found applications launched from this open very quickly, and windows or applications minimised to the dock show as mini windows so you can see what they are

I have just tried this piece of software on my vista setup and its cool  its in my mind a very usefull add-on which you can set to hide on the desktop if you want to which I have done
