EA Server still off???????????

I've just logged into my account in the usual way and after about 30 secs it kicked me claiming "there is a problem connecting to the server". What I also noticed in the time I was connected was that I still haven't been credited with the last few days points/medals etc. This and other forums have also highlighted this problem and they reckon EA are onto it. I can't believe EA would intentionally withdraw stat support, it's the whole point of playing in the first place. Is there any other way of getting my acount credited other than via BFHQ?

EA have always had a bit of a shoddy reputation in the way it treats its customers after sales. Come on EA, this game demands long term commitment, not only from the players but also from YOU!!
