H'lo,
Just installed Vista on a spare partition and am having a few issues with the microphone. It seems to be on ALL the time, as I can hear the ruffling when I'm typing or whatever, yet I cannot seem to get it working with teamspeak. I've changed no settings from default, and need it to work when I press my TS mic key only, and no other time
Any ideas?

Lots of people have had sound card issues with Vista, as a lot of soundcards do not have the updated drivers for Vista available, that may be your problem.
Personally I gave up with vista and went back to XP untill all the drivers/ games etc are supported. |

Open TeamSpeak, click settings, then options and try switching beteewn wave and direct sound. To cut out background sound try this: click start, control panel, sounds and audio devices, volume tab, advanced, and then click on mute at the foot of the microphone volume adjustment.
Thanks, Warslag. |

You have tried right clicking the .exe game icon then properties and click run as adminastrator, next do the same for Tewam Speak also.
