I've nearly finished NeverWinter Nights 2 - and seem to have found myself completely engaged in that from start to finish, wonder if anyone had any suggestions for my next RPG NWN style title.
I know there's alot of replay value with doing it with different classes etc, but i find if hard to replay once i know the backbone of the story - or should i try and actually get somewhere on Oblivion on me ps3? |

Get two worlds?? Are you joking?
Did you ever play gothic 2 or 3? Best rpg games about hands down.. i'd say better than oblivion - maybe not as much eye candy and the lack of armours and appearance differences but they were ruined...
The two buggiest games EVER made. I have an original copy of gothic 3 that is atually unplayable due to memory leaks, bad programming and running into a boar right at the start of teh game which won't let you off teh floor
I've played two worlds (admitidly on a downloaded copy) and it's pretty much on par with gothic - far too many bugs for my liking.
Oblivion i have on PS3 and it's still a great game - it just gets a bit repetative and i'm not sure i like fps style rpg's and there's no party or anything |

If you want some classic RPG action then you cant go wrong with Baldur's Gate 2. Admittedly its old and isnt in 3D, but it amazingly gripping from start to finish, all 200+ hours of it!
Made by bioware before the NWN games and still flys the standard in my eyes.
Also by Bioware and a fantastic title in its own right is Knights of the Old Republic, set in the Star wars universe. Again brilliant, and the best goddamn twist in a videogame EVER!
Really with RPG's if its got Bioware on the box its cool. |
