Hi peeps,saw this game on ign and it looks great.

Its made by the creators of Desert Combat(a very successful mod for bf1942) and Battlefield 2 R&D projects.
it will support 32+ players on consoles and 64+ on the pc.

Hey Crytor - i thought this was RTS before so didnt pay any attention to it. Just had a look at the site since the Beta is available for download and bugger me it looks great. Gunna try get in on the beta now!
Guys google this game it looks absolutely awesome!

and fantastic screenshots too.
This game looks great and i like the idea of the moving Frontline rather than the normal 4 flags.
Definately going to try and grab a beta of this  |

There has already been a beta but it was to try out the overall engine rather than gameplay...had very mixed reviews - that was a while ago tho.
Yeah it looks wicked - PC Gamer has interview with the devs from BF 1942 desert combat they talk about COD 4 and Quake Wars as two games that missed the point they are trying to achieve - so at last something interesting to look forward to next year!
