Hi fella's

Anybody tried the ET Quake wars demo yet.I know not many peeps were impressed with the beta which is maybe why its crept up on us without any real mention.I've been reading a few reviews and it seems like alot of ppl think its a very good game.plays well and looks great,graphics were apparently scaled back on the Beta.
Not tried it myself yet but gonna dowload and give it a go. Confused

Not a patch on the Battlefield games and I think many feel the same. I have read a lot of forums myself and hear much dissapointment Crying or Very sad

I have tried the Beta and demo but they are pretty much the same.

I wasn't impressed with the beta, i might download the demo and check it out, also waiting for the IGN review.

I tried my best to ejoy the demo onine for a few rounds the other day but an improve from the beta it wasnt. The fact of the matter is the game itself is just bad full stop the graphics are intherior to battlefields by far and its obvious they have toned it down big time for peeps with crap pcs.

Even on max it looks bad although it does run well i find the viecles very clumsy and unrealistik especaily the walkers which feel realy odd when walking along seeying as the walkers in 2142 get that feeling just right.Overall i find it very unlikely anyone will play this even just form pure dissapointement at how bad the game is after how much we all wanted it to be the next big thing.

there they go the bf players and their pseudo realisem, you want realisem play arma play the old ghost recon 1. this is a game where you are fighting cyber aliens in an id game, did you expect anything less than fast arcady balls to the wall action?

Over a year and a half ago now we all saw a different game from the ingame movies they were showing us and this is what we all expected Exclamation

No wonder people are suprised and dissapointed

i havent tried crap wars since the beta where it was that crap its off the comp within 5 mins of playing it lol

sad thing is that tf2 will have more online players than crysis.

TRied it and wasnt impressed, looked and played crap compared to BF imo, it seemed to be a an almost straight copy with not very much new at all. Planning to stick with 2142 and TF2 myself, not sure on Crysis, i didnt really like Farcrys MP so i am not expecting too much from it.
