Just wanted to share with you all another reason why Crysis is such a good single player game.
2 nights ago i reluctantly dropped my scar rifle coz it was low on ammo, further on in the game i found some ammo.
Then last night (2 nights after) you have to go back the way you came to go to an extraction point, low and behold all the carnage i caused on the way in was the same right down to having my scar rifle in the exact same place i dropped it , amazing!
I was able to pick it up and carried on the carnage.
A big shame about the multiplayer though, i am not liking that at all........I`ll stick to 2142 |

I agree, the single player of Crysis is pretty damn good, but the MP is total crap. they should of learnt from Far Cry. |

Hey mate, sorry I felt duty-bound to counter that point
Well that assumption depends on whether, this universe, this world and all life in it originally came from nothingness and oblivion.
Just consider it for a moment. Life is so "normal" and everyday to us, but in actual fact it's more complex than anything man has ever built. We can't even come close to the complexity of a simple bacteria. Where did this information come from? Does your computer program itself? Can a book write itself?
To believe that we will end up as nothing means you believe everything came from nothing. Now that must take a lot of faith!

Man, I sure am sad to hear about Crysis MP. I heard it was actually good. Well, I have the game, currently working my way through it at a staggering 19FPS. I guess its going to be bound for eBay and replaced with COD4 by Christmas! |

Based on a few man made or discovered laws, there is no action without reaction therefore if we are alive then there must have been something that occured for us to come into life, they say the big bang fits the theory but then what action caused the big bang??
So the tricky question is, what reaction will occur from the birth of mankind, keep in mind that while the action and reaction are linked we may not be able to understand how they are linked. If we can figure these questions out we will be able to answer the question of darf existence not only after he died but more importantly why the hell is he here?????

So darf could not have come from nothing and it is inconceivable that he will return to nothing unless the reaction of his death has another reaction that we dont understand.. |

Lol, you're a nutter I give you that
Darf - here's some interesting reading for you. This is a list of prophecies in the bible (old & new testaments) about the nation of Isreal, taken from from www.aboutbibleprophecy.com
There's also some ones concerning the Messiah (Jesus)
in there also under the heading "Messianic".
Those are all links by the way, in the list. You just cant tell on some of the skins on this site as links are the same colour as text :S
If that's way to much to read, there's a summary of prophecies regarding Isreal here: http://www.aboutbibleprophecy.com/accuracy.htm
You live in an amazing land, with an incredible history my friend.
Peace! |
