SF is a great game but i only play day maps Very Happy

BF2 is the daddy of games Laughing

if some of you cod4 players havent played BF2 yet then you should....youll love it Very Happy

if you havent played for a while or with |2es then you should deffinitly give it another go.....its so much better playing as part of a clan....especially on TS,its always a good laugh on the BF2 channel.....so get yourselves on

its good to see geordie,andy and cowboy back on.....all we need now is slaggy to come back

Yeh i have never rated graphics as they seem to slow things down or cause more probs than anything. However COD4 seems to turn it on its head i got an oldish system and run it with no lag all things on max and it looks beutiful with no headaches. Why are very few other games like this??????

Hmm just looked for my BF2 and SF disks but cant find em. Moverd house sinjce last install but was sure i saw them the other day. Might be a while till you see me on (tonight was cod4 practice anyways though) but i'll deffo fire it up for a bit when i dig the disks out of whatever dark pit they are hiding in.

you'll love bf2 guys. i also hate tanks,apc's, and jets. much prefer the more infantry based maps such as karkand. been getting as much practice as i can in the choppers and have improved a lot, but still no where near as good as cowboy or geordie. if your worried about noobs with cannons then watch out for nymph lol!!!! he's ranked something like no.35 noob with cannon in the world!!!! but gotta admit he's damn good at it. i can't hit shit with em! come to think of it i cant hit shit full stop. you'll love it lads.
even got my lad playing now,'son_of_rogue'.
hope to get on COD4 with you soon. had a few probs getting it working right as kept getting kicked by punkbuster.
and where are all those guys 1927?? think slaggys still in the USA, if he stays there too long he'll be too fat to get on a plane!!! and whatever happened to ltcolumbo?? as soon as i joined i dont think he's been on since,was it something i said, or is it just fear!! Laughing

Guys I cannot promote the banter and team play that we have on this game. Laughing

Iv played this for a fair while now and Iv played with some really fantastic BF2 Res members, from the days where LtColumbo, Hefty, Mav, Geordie and Crytor commanded by daxx, right up to the present raging with 1927, Colonel, Eminem, Wenchy.

Everyone who comes, who steps into the BF2 arena will experience how Res combat is played. We try to promote teamplay and fairplay while at the sametime create friendly banter. The team play is great and most of the time you always got someone to cover u.

Iv had some real great battles with Res members and as Mrix says there is no better feeling then dropping one of ur fellow clan mambers on their ass ( Scouse knows this feeling well )

Spent a bit of time in Choppers and not to shabby with them now, so if ever u wanna fly just give me a shout, always willing to offer a tip.

If you aint played BF2 for a while or never picked it up, do so. Its a fantastic game and it would be fantatsic to get it back to a 64 player server mostly filled by Res members.

So dust of discs and polish up ur weapon ( no pun intended ) and get ready for battle. Evil or Very Mad

I expect the nxt clan meet to b pumped full of fuled gaming knowledge.

I would like to offer a little tip.

I joined the serve the other night to offer some support.

there was about 14/16 players on, now my experiance was a good one, It felt good killing res members again and of corse being killed by them and seeking that revenge.

What was a little dissapointing was that all res members where nearly always on the same team which meant we got wooped nearly ever round.

I dont mind this as I can hold my own to a point, BUT if I had no history with Res I would of probably left the server as it was alittle IMO unfair you may get more public on if the sides where more evened out when numbers are low.

Also I see Wake seems to empty the server maybe you should drop this map for the time being.

Having regained a bit of interest again in BF2 I will support the res server. Very Happy

It was good to see you back on the server the other night even if your ownin in that damn APC of yours! I agree with ya regarding all the |2es members being on one side and you will often see me or others on the opposite side just so I can do some killings of |2es members LOL Very Happy

we arnt normally all on the same side, we do try and balance the teams out abit....normally we get afew members from another clan on....so its good when we got all |res on same team and all the other clan on ther side....and we own them Laughing

Hmm seeing as i do have an account form when i did play, could i reinstall using someone elses diskes and be ok going back on that account or is the disk serial tied in with the account making that a no-no?
