Lance Corp 500 point??

Hi everyone, I'm new around here. Today I played and got up to 638 Global Points, but i'm still a Private, eventhough Lance Corp rank requires only 500 points. It's been 5 hours since my last game today. Can anybody explain it to me please?

Im pretty sure, if you log out and log back in the promotion will be there.

i had this prob once upon a time if u log out and log back in and it still aint there try loading up a ranked server and get 1 kill should promote u after that if not complain to ea and dont expect a responce

sometimes takes a little time, but usually you will get it next time you score any points.
