Hello fellas long time no see...

As you may remember I fly a Myrm, got a very nice set up for it...

Now this is a pve set, so if your into the old pvp then swap out a recharger for a scram.

High:
-4* 220mm vulcan autocannon II
-2* 425mm autocannon II

(no point fitting hybrids as you get no bonus, and hybrids take up more power and cpu than autocannons)

Mids:
-Stasis Web II
-10MN AB II
-3* Capacitor Regenerators (Named)

(As I mentioned, for PVP swap a cap regen for a Scram, and the AB for A MWD)

Lows:
-2* Medium Armour Repper II's
-800mm rolled tungsten plate
-3* Active hardener II's

Rigs:
-3* Auxillary Nano Pump

Drones:
-2* Ogre II
-7* Hammerhead II
-6* Hobgoblin II

(I would say go all out with 5 Ogre II's but with the changes to drones that came with trinity you can now only field 3 at once... so for most fighting deploy 2 Ogres, 2 Hammerheads, and 1 Hobbie... The others are backup.)


This is a sweet set-up... The rigs boost your rep amount massively... you can really stand upto a lot of punishment... and really to be honest as long as your cap lasts, no one other than a big gang is killing you.

Damage output is good mate... range is very short... 500-1000m optimal... but they pack a punch.

Hi Apollo, sorry 4 the late reply m8, but here goes;

hi slots, 5 x heavy neutron II

Mid slots, MWD II, webifier, warp disruptor II, Medium cap injector w/ 800 charges.

Low slots, medium armor repper II, 1 energised adaptive membrane II , adaptive thermal, kinetic and explosive membrabe II.

5 vespa EC - 600 jamming drones.

3 x auxillary current router rigs for extra PG to fit this stuff.

TBH m8 i would not bother with a vigilant, as its an expensive toy... a battle cruiser will kill it np at all....

If u like the thorax design, then i recommend the deimos or the phobos as there twicw as powerfull and half the price.... i know u need the skills 4 them but thats ya best bet.

i had a lot of success using the vigilant but picked my targets well... the cap booster is to keep the repper running constantly and anti nos....

I used this years ago but theres been lots of patches since and prob better set ups 4 this ship.
