Alright alright, I know what some of you chaps/(ladies?) are all thinking...

I couldn't believe it when I was going through my emails the other day and discovered the original "May I join? Smile

" email I sent Mrix back in 2005. I actually laughed at it because I was 17 back then and the way I wrote it was absolutely dreadful! Nevertheless, it brought back fond memories of my very first online gaming experience, albeit with a fantastic bunch of lads, many of whom I understand have now parted ways with this clan.

I'm guessing the 2191 (Oh my God!) rest of you are wondering...."Wait...who the hell is this guy?". Well, to put it straight, I was one of the original members of this clan when it first started up (and also the most annoying, as a few of the members will tell you Razz

). The internet was completely new to me - well, this 'broadband' thing was, especially considering I had FINALLY persuaded my parents to get it (by pretty much presenting them a 'business plan'esque type of thing in WRITING to support my case for "why broadband is better than 56k and why you'll reap the benefits from it too!". Persuading them was difficult. My parents aren't the most 'computer illiterate' of couples, especially considering they are above middle age now...so they're quite resistant to all this "all singing all dancing 'technology' stuff", as they brand it.

Nevertheless Ladies and Gentleman, I am imminently looking forward to getting a new PC up and running when I find the time (and money) to order the freaking parts so from now on, I guess you'll start seeing me a bit more 'active' from now on! It'll be great to get to know some of the regulars who, of course, I've never 'met' before.

Its great to hear from early |2es-members like Bushmanners.. With so many members been and gone over the past 3 years there were a few that stood out and never would be forgotten and one was Bushmanners Very Happy

Its really good to hear from you and even better knowing that you could be back joining us at some point after all this time!

. Roguesamuri, I used to mainly be a BF2 player but due to work/uni commitments (and my computer buggering up), I haven't been able to play in ages! I used to also play a fair bit of D.O.W., but I was mainly a BF2 player as Mrix will tell ye Razz

COD4 looks very interesting. It's been torture for me to not be able to play it!
