my score: P6512 overall.
27882 for my cpu, and 5187 graphics score.
interestingly my cpu (q6600) scored a higher score than the fastest system which got 21942, which is also a quad core and thats clocked to 5.5 ghz!!! not oc'd mine at all yet.
the fastest machine currently has a score of P29676
i also managed to kick its ass in the physx test, mine scoring 103.64 op/s and the fastest system scoring a meesley 30.46. which shows the nvidea physx drivers do actually do something. |

3dMarkVantage has been out for a while now- mainly focusing on benchmarking DX10, were as '06 was DirectX 9b and 9c.
The only problem users face now with these benchmark programs is that Nvidia has Physx (Physics processing) on their 8 series and above cards whilst ATI users don't- so an unbias or 'leveled playing field' benchmark isn't possible. Then again, Nvidia have always been better at marketing and developer support than ATI, despite their arrogance. |

mmmm
i know that 3dmark haven't approved many drivers yet. the physx driver we are using isn't yet approved. what that means is that when you search for your results online they dont show. but if like me you just clicked on view your score at the end of the test then that should've been fine.
you can't run it again either using same key. only thing you can do is get another key sent to a diff email account and try again. you may have to uninstall, download, and install again. bit of a ball ache. |
