Hi all, this idea was talked about over the past weeks and I think we come to the conclusion everyone was willing to give this idea a go.
Its now runnning on the server from today on a trial basis.

sounds good to me mrix. i've long been a fan of infantry only. seperate the men (or women) from the boys i reckon
i can see me putting a few members in my fav victims. (cough cough nymph)  or maybe a certain geordie now he cant hide behind his chopper 
or maybe not    |

Actually personally speaking the rounds I played were a lot of fun
The wetlands map was very confrontational
The server was full for a fair while and there wasnt much abuse ingame as there were no locked bases and no need for team killing which kept stress levels down.
enjoyed it a lot
I would recommend other who havnt played BF2 for a while to check out the infantry only nights

dont know if any of you have noticed but jalalabad superserver is no more. it used to be in my favs list but isnt now so checked there site. not enough people playing apparently.
used to be my late night haunt when ours had died. |

I didn't manage to get on until abt 9.30 last night and as soon as i did everyone (except Geordie) went 
I wont take it personally but i cant believe it was my BF2 reputation that caused it.
I'll try a bit earlier next time cos it sounds like you all had a blast
