got the Logitech G5 today but am having problems assigning some of the keys in BF2.
Mainly the mouse scroll isn't recognised but when in game it works to scroll weapons.
Also the sideways scroll buttons dont work in game anyone any ideas I would be grateful. |

sometimes it is even better to actually not install supplied software, Similar instance occured with the microsoft sidewinder joysticks and alot of people found it better to just plug the joyustick in and set it via control panel.
Maybe you should try this??? |

Just to clarify are you trying to assign functions within battlefield? As i believe the correct way is to use set point to configure it ie: within set point pick programs and browse to the bf2 directory and click add and ok. then select the program in the drop down list. Pick a button and then assign a key which you want it to emulate in game. for example i have my left tilt assigned to '3' and right tilt assigned to 'f' or (whatever grenades are). The software should then detect when the game is launched and use the key assignments you have chosen.
Sorry if thats not what your looking for |
