Gunner problem.

I enjoy being gunner in the chopper but I have a bit of a game problem when it comes to the TV missile. When I try to fire the TV missile it takes several clicks of the mouse to set it going, with me losing my temper, beating the crap out of the mouse button and calling it's parentage into question Very Happy

. What with the movement of the chopper and the targets movement by the time the missile fires the chances of hitting it are about those of me becoming the next pope. I have the MX1000 wireless laser mouse and have no problem with any other part of the game, only this. I tried hooking up a wired mouse alongside the laser but the game is not happy with two mice on the go. Any suggestions anyone Question

I am not often in the chopper but I have the same problem. I just put it down to me being impatient. Glad I am not the only one who is having a problem.

I'm experiencing the same problem chaos, thats why I dont like being gunner. Best advice I can give is to not fire the missile unless you are 80% sure you're gonna hit, if you're not that sure then dont waste missiles

I (as a pilot) hate when I am lining up a shot and the gunner fires off his TV too soon so I either have to abort or sit in the air, either way I am in danger of being shot down before I can get back into a spot.

i dont care how good u are, no1 hits 100% of the time no matter how sure you are u are gonna hit - i only ever fire one off when i think i can hit but prolly only hit 50% of the time on a good day and with a good pilot. tis just a hard piece of kit to use succefully i guess.

to add to that, for a gunner experience that i can guarentee u will enjoy, jump im a black hawk on mashtur city with daxx - most fun ive had on bf2 so far.... Very Happy

flying isn't so much fun anymore since you can't do tricks etc as more often than not I nip off the edge of something and BOOM..

thankyou for trying to help mec the message is no packet flow i cannot find an anser at punkbusterwebsite can i ask if you turn your firewall off when playing i have no idear why i was so happy to finally get on the net yesterday and you are the first person i have been in contact with i stayed up till 4 o clock in the morning trying to get on the game for more than 5 mins i had to be at work still at 800 i even swapped my 24hour call tonight so i could resolve this problem i am aware of things like the blood patch and the 32 man single player patch/modes but i have none of theses installed
