Blazin tanks!

just done some speed calculations on couple jeeps a tank and a AA vehicle
quite stupid numbers assuming the distance for markers is in metres lol..

Vehicle Speed Mph(Kph)
Open-Top Jeep 60(97)
Closed-Top Jeep 48(77)
Tank 38(61)
AA Vehicle 22(36)

these are aproximate readings that I used squad command markers and a straight piece of railway (daqing oilfield beside airfield) to measure. fraps for the time readings since it gives decimal second readings

While you are at it then,

1. Is there any differance in speed between the MEC, USMC and CHINA Vehicals?

2. Is there a reduction in speed when carrying passengers due to increase in weight?

3. Does the type of terain have any effect on the speed of a vehical?

4. Who would win a fight between a monkey with a knife and a midget with a knuckle duster?

Think i caught that show. It was on just after the "Horizon special" based on the illegal use of shaved monkeys as silent assins. Got to say, they are a bit nifty with a blade so my money is on the monkey, although if the midget was from Cambodia and was part of the Cambodian midget fighting league then perhaps the midget might have the upper hand?? Hmm needs a bit of thought me thinks!

Unless Java can some how quantify the out come with some much loved stats!! Wink
