Seeing that everyone in this clan is over 18 i assume everyone is either a Uni student or in full time work.

I work as an IT support Engineer. The company i work for sets up corporate networks all round the country. I've only been there a week but my current roll is mainly on the help desk, talking to customers with their issues and resolving them. Hopefully sometime in the next few months Ill be taken on some Cisco and Microsoft courses then start going out onsite (I get my own BMW then as well Very Happy)

Im really enjoying it and it has really improved my mood, my girlfriend even said I'm alot happier then I have been in ages.

So what does everyone else do that prevents them to be on BF2?

As little as possible Wink and bother mrix with countless MSN messages.....

I work for a US based equipment manufacturer and dash around Europe pretending I know something more than our 'custards' (customer + bastards) Rolling Eyes about using our systems for drug development (NO NOT THAT KINDA DRUGS Wink )

Been playing online since the days of Unreal Tournament and Quake III Team Arena, never been ina clan before and I must admit, when we play as a |2es squad it amazes me how we always win Very Happy

Married to an artist with one daughter, Isobel aged 6, have had to stop her playing online shooters (until she's 10) mainly 'cos she was better than me at it - LOL!

Cheers.

Im an IT systems administrator.....
I work for an IT Outsourcing company, currently based with a government department. I manage the Windows side of things, PC's Servers and network infrastructure. They have a Unisys mainfram too, it just cost them £300.000 for a new one 8 x Zeon processors and a terrabyte of Hard drive space, tbh I tend to steer clear of it. Its a big black box and I take the pi** out of the regular staff here by calling the thing The TARDIS. The ironic thing is its Windows 2003 enterprise server running Unisys software (sort of UNIX core with Unisys stuff running on it and a bit of cobol for luck)

I'm starting my MCSE studies after Christmas but at my age they'll have changed the dam operating system again before I complete the 8 books LOL Wink
My Wife thinks computers will take over the world soon and we'll all be veggies sat in chairs without the ability to move ROFL! The kids (Emily 11 and Georgia 9) think PC's are the biz, Georgia is now playing BF2 online as I had promised that if she came first in 20 games playing against AI then I would allow her to play onlie. she playes a soul_junior... Poor thing has about 40 points atm.

OMG I ranted on there didn't I......... Well thats me! Wink

Not all nerds then....or are we. Some will know that I'm in the RAF as an aircraft engineer. Have worked on Hawk jet trainers (not footware Embarassed ) taken the Tornado jet engine apart and before my current, distance learning tutor(!), job was on a Puma helicopter squadron. That has been my best job, I've three real service medals for time in Afghanistan, Kosovo and Iraq (twice Sad ). Sounds glam but is hot, sand stormy and uncomfortable. I was actually across the border during the recent gulf conflict just after it kicked off, thankfully not far over and with an occupied Iraqi farm within 200m of where our helos were, bizarre.

Now sat on me arse listening to dis-interested students during the week, waiting to play on my newly installed broadband in the evenings. At the weekend home to family and bloody DIY Twisted Evil

"Remember folks, theres no I in TEAM.......... although there is ME "

I’m a CAD operator / IT dodah fixer/ whatever other crap they can throw at me, for a small company in Leeds. I spend most of my time producing drawings of heating n ventilation systems but I spend quite a lot of time fixing computers that the tards in the office keep breaking coz they’re f**cking chimps. I also get out to building sites quite a bit to make sure the site chimps are installing things like good little site chimps. Oh n you know those doors in shops n offices that say “Authorised Personnel Only”???? I get to go in those and trust me it’s a big disappointment.
I also do the odd bit of work on the side building computers and making brochures for a local candle shop.
I’m hoping to get out of the IT industry soon and follow my dream jobs of beer/game tester. If there’s anyone out there who would be interested in employing me I’m very hard working and flexible for example I don’t mind testing spirits n alchopops.

So there you go my life in three paragraphs.
Very Happy Very Happy

Mr. Dickster - alcopops Evil or Very Mad

So from that I guess you're really a pierced and tattooed pregnant teenage bird who likes a quick 'knee trembler' round the back of the nighclub Question

Welcome to the clan our first girlie member!

Official Hat: Windows Infrastructure Architect

Responsible for our global Windows infrastructure (as it says on the tin). Currently heading up the NT4-AD2003 merry-go-round that many businesses find themselves in these days. Anybody else may have thought that the MCSE 2003 and Psychology degree wouldn't mix...
