teamkilling red text marked players

Apologies in advance if this is a known feature.

I was playing on another server (UK Dogsoldiers map: Strike at Karkand 32 player version) as a sniper. I shot another sniper at close range - he was clearly marked in red. One of our medics revived him so I shot him again, he ran off and I shot him for a third time - always he appeared with his name in glowing red text above him.

If he was on my team I can well understand the punish vote (which I didnt get kicked for but I must have lost a load of points). But as the game finished he appeared on the opposite team - is this a known bug? Confused

BTW I am not colourblind. Wink

This was and still is a problem at times, I remember killing a team a |2es member about 5 times in a row which was fun but to find he was my team m8 Sad

i had it yesterday a soldier spawnned in front of me while i was sat in a apc
he was wearing mec uniform which i was playing but his name came up red
so i shot him (see red will shoot)= -6 points
shoulda known but there you go

also i was having a knife fight with columbo other day and his name didnt come up at all(he was a sniper)
i would av beat him Razz

but icedcold came up and stabbed me from behind(he was also sniper and his name didnt come up too)

sorry ade, but i have lernt the art of claymores and kinfe fights from the master himself...
and did not see you both fighting just u running around.
