Kill the Courier event will take place during the upcoming weekend, October 21-23.

Starting on Friday, October 21, from 14:00 UTC and till 22:00 UTC, October 23, COURIER_WG player will fight on World of Tanks battlefields. The task of the rivals is to destroy the vehicle of the Courier as they possess secret information. In order to prevent its spread, the Courier must be stopped. Remember, only enemies can do that.
The player will be using one of the following vehicles:

PzKpfw III
PzKpfw IV
Marder II
Sturmpanzer II
M3 Lee
M3 Stuart
M4 Sherman
M7 Priest
Valentine
Churchill

Those who appear to play against the Courier can get 250 gold for their destruction. To receive gold the player has to provide a proof. A screenshot of the destroyed tank should be submitted on the forum in the respective topic. The thread will be open during a week and the results will be analyzed after the thread is closed.

NB! COURIER_WG player can be killed by the enemy team only. If the player is killed by a teammate, it will be considered a teamkill and will be punished accordingly.

The special in commemoration of El Alamein struggle will be held from 5:30 am UTC October 21st until 5:00 am UTC October 24th.

The Battle of El Alamein was the most massive and stiffest battle of WWII in northern Africa, which took place October 23 – November 4, 1942 in El Alamein. Winston Churchill commented on that victory: "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end, but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning." And after WWII war, he said the following: "Before Alamein we never had a victory. After Alamein, we never had a defeat."

World of Tanks starts the El Alamein Special at 5:30 am UTC October 21st and will run it until 5:00 am UTC October 24th. And now we are glad to share the features of the Special!
