I've finally got my copy of BF3, and the bloody thing wont install.
The 1st disc goes fine, then it prompts to install the 2nd disc, I put it in and sweet FA happens. I click the ok tab, and it just keeps coming back up. Click next, and nothing. It's like its not seeing the 2nd disc at all. I can open the files in windows explorer. There's 1 zip file and an autorun icon and autorun setup info file. I tried looking in the zip file with winzip and running various items, but none will work. Juist says 'you need the following data to continue extraction D:Data/zo1.

MY disk drive had problems reading the first disk of BF3. I had to keep putting it in and out ... Giggiy... cause it kept crashing windows explorer but eventually it worked fine. |

Mine crashed my windows as well. Took 4 tries to get it to work.
Works now though. |

It's downloading now. Wish I'd just bought it from Origin in the 1st place, would've saved all this agro and waiting. |
